I’ve always gotten the closest and best parking spaces too. I’ve come to expect it. My wife thinks I’m crazy sometimes when I turn down a crowded parking aisle, but so often before I get to the end a prime space will open up like a gift. I’ve also walked away from rolling over a 6 ton bulk feed truck, and when I was 14 I escaped serious injury when I got sideways with an electric arc welder. My life seems charmed in so many substantive areas, but when I go to a casino…not so much. I’ve learned to count my blessings and stay away from gambling houses.
